Where do you ship to?
Cards are made in and ship from Guelph, Ontario, Canada. We will ship internationally. Just fill out all of the shipping details at the check out and you should be good to go :)
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Depending on where we are shipping your order to, anywhere between 3-10 business days. Domestic orders within Canada are quick. Orders to the US, within a week. International orders up to 10 bizz days.
Can I make a request?
Yes! If you are looking for custom cards, card sets (solstice, holiday, thank-you, birthday, wedding, shower etc. invitations), or have other ideas, send us a message through the contact form.
Do you offer returns?
Cards are final sale! If something happens to your card(s) in the post and they arrive damaged, please send us a note and we will work to find a resolution. If you have any questions about a certain card, please send us a note through the contact form before purchasing and we can help you answer them :)
Are your cards handmade?
Yes! Our paper is cut down to size by hand. Drawings and prints are done by hand. Collages are glued by hand, it would work out poorly if we did them by foot... Each card is unique, no two are the same!
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Please reuse or recycle the envelope your package comes in. The clear sleeves the cards come in are compostable. Unfortunately the same does not go for the stickers, but keep them as a keepsake and save them from the landfill!
Can you write a msg in my card?
Yes! This will be added to the checkout as an option soon. For now, please send a note with your order # and your request through the contact form.
Where do you get your ideas from?
Everywhere! Literally, everywhere. Anywhere there is a font, an image, a shadow, a song, we are looking.
